www.sindone.org confirm this. The pages dedicated to the reservations for the visits are among the most visited. They have registered more than 700,000 clicks.
The Shroud counts about 2,400 friends on the Facebook page “Qui Sindone 2010”, administrated by the exhibition Committee along with “Nova T”, the Italian Capuchin friars’ Centre of Tv and Multimedia Productions.
Today, the bishop of the Coptic Orthodox Church of Manfalout (Egypt), Antonious has seen the Shroud. He was followed by George Armanous, Coptic Orthodox who arrived this morning from London. Among the pilgrims there were also 1,000 people belonging to various recreative clubs of local firms and over 200 believers coming from Montecassino (Rome) with abbot Pietro Vittorelli.
