Holy Year 2000: for the second time, two expositions of the Shroud occur again at a close interval, same as in the 1931-1933 period. Only other two expos were held during the same century, taking place in the years 1978 and 1998 respectively.
 
The memories of the previous expositions are treasured by the Church of Turin.
